Group B - Instructor: Susan Richards - Room 423

Instructions

If your child DOES NOT ATTEND AFTERSCHOOL, please be sure to give your child's teacher a note with the location and the class dates. 

  • Your child will not be released to ArtzHub After School Art Classes without a note to his/her teacher. No refunds or credits can be granted for classes missed due to this.

  • Your child will go from his/her classroom when the bell rings directly to the ROOM 423. You may ask your child's teacher (or teacher's assistant) to walk him/her to the ROOM 423.

  • Susan Richards will be present in the ROOM 423 at 2:30 to greet students.

  • Your child may read a book, start homework or free draw from 2:30-2:45. Class begins at 2:45 and ends at 3:45.

  • Please wait for your child outside the main door at 3:50 for pick up.

  • If your child will be absent or if you need to make child care changes TEXT SUSAN at 207-831-0318 to let her know.

If your child DOES ATTEND AFTERSCHOOL, please be sure to give BOTH the Afterschool Director and your child's teacher a note with the location and the class dates. 

  • Your child will not be released to ArtzHub After School Art Classes without a note to BOTH the Afterschool Director and your child's teacher. No refunds or credits can be granted for classes missed due to this.

  • Your child WILL NOT check in at Afterschool before ArtzHub After School Art Classes.

  • Your child will come directly to the ROOM 423 when the bell rings at 2:30. You may ask your child's teacher (or teacher's assistant) to walk him/her to the ART ROOM.

  • Susan Richards will be present in the ROOM 423 at 2:30 to greet students.

  • Your child may read a book, start homework or free draw from 2:30-2:45. Class begins at 2:45 and ends at 3:45.

  • Your child will be taken back to Afterschool between 3:50 and 3:55 by Kim McCullough or an Afterschool staff member.

  • If your child will be absent or if you need to make child care changes TEXT SUSAN at 207-831-0318 to let her know.
