Group A - Instructor: Kim McCullough - Art Room

Instructions

If your child DOES NOT ATTEND AFTERSCHOOL, please be sure to give your child's teacher a note with the location and the class dates. 

  • Your child will not be released to ArtzHub after school art without a note to his/her teacher. No refunds or credits can be granted classes missed due to this.

  • Your child will go from his/her classroom when the bell rings directly to the art room. You may ask your child's teacher (or teacher's assistant) to walk him/her to the correct room.

  • Kim McCullough will be present in the art room at 2:30 to greet students at they arrive.

  • Your child may read a book, start homework or free draw from 2:30-2:45. Class begins at 2:45 and ends at 3:45.

  • I will bring the students to the front of the school to be picked up at 3:50.

    • Please wait outside the front door or in your vehicle in the Kiss and Go Lane.

    • At this time, parents are not allowed in the school, due to covid safety measures.

    • Children must be able to access your vehicle from the sidewalk. Please pull forward to utilize as much of the Kiss and Go lane as possible, and allow access to the sidewalk for as many children as possible.

    • Children are not permitted to cross the Kiss and Go lane solo to enter the parking lot to meet you. Children must be accompanied by an adult to cross the Kiss and Go Lane and to walk though the parking lot.

  • If your child will be absent or if you need to make child care changes TEXT KIM at 919-401-6001 to let her know.

If your child DOES ATTEND AFTERSCHOOL, please be sure to give BOTH the Afterschool Director and your child's teacher a note with the location and the class dates. 

  • Your child will not be released to ArtzHub after school art without a note to BOTH the Afterschool Director, Mr. Cedric, and your child's teacher. No refunds or credits can be granted for classes missed due to this.

  • Your child WILL NOT check in at Afterschool before after school art.

  • Your child will go from his/her classroom when the bell rings directly to the art room_. You may ask your child's teacher (or teacher's assistant) to walk him/her to the correct room.

  • Kim McCullough will be present in the art room at 2:30 to greet students.

  • Your child may read a book, start homework or free draw from 2:30-2:45. Class begins at 2:45 and ends at 3:45.

  • Your child will participate in the after school art from 2:45-3:45.

  • Your child will be taken back to Afterschool at 3:45 by the Afterschool Director, Mr. Cedric, or a member of his staff.

  • If your child will be absent or if you need to make child care changes TEXT KIM at 919-401-6001 to let her know.
