Instructions

If your child DOES NOT ATTEND AFTERSCHOOL, please be sure to give your child's teacher a note with the location and the class dates.

  • Your child will not be released to ArtzHub After School Art Classes without a note to his/her teacher. No refunds or credits can be granted classes missed due to this.

  • Your child will meet Amanda Brady, the instructor, and Ianary Gutierrez, the assistant, in THE COURTYARD between 2:35-2:45. Teachers drop students off as they walk past.

  • Amanda and Ianary will walk all ArtzHub After School Art students, as a group, to the art room.

  • Class begins at 2:50 and ends at 3:50.

  • Amanda or Ianary will walk car-riders to the black iron gate (behind the lobby) to be picked up by parents shortly after 3:50.

  • Please park in the horse-shoe shaped parking lot, located to the right of the school, to meet Amanda or Ianary and the children at the black iron gate.

  • If your child will be absent or if you need to make child care changes on the day of class, TEXT AMANDA at 404-488-9607 to let her know.

If your child DOES ATTEND AFTERSCHOOL, please be sure to give BOTH the Afterschool Director and your child's teacher a note with the location and the class dates.

  • Your child will not be released to ArtzHub After School Art Classes without a note to BOTH the Afterschool Director and your child's teacher. No refunds or credits can be granted for classes missed due to this.

  • Your child WILL NOT check in at Afterschool before ArtzHub After School Art Classes.

  • Your child will meet Amanda Brady, the instructor, and Ianary Gutierrez, the assistant, in THE COURTYARD between 2:35-2:45. Teachers drop students off as they walk past.

  • Amanda and Ianary will walk all ArtzHub After School Art students, as a group, to the art room.

  • Class begins at 2:50 and ends at 3:50.

  • Amanda or Ianary will walk all ArtzHub After School Art students back up to the front of the school to be picked up by parents shortly after 3:50.

  • Children enrolled in Afterschool will be dropped off at the gym to join Afterschool shortly after 3:50.

  • If your child will be absent or if you need to make child care changes on the day of class, TEXT AMANDA at 404-488-9607 to let her know.
