Instructions

If your child DOES NOT ATTEND AFTERSCHOOL, please be sure to give your child's teacher a note with the location and the class dates.

  • Your child will not be released to ArtzHub after school art classes without a note to his/her teacher. No refunds or credits can be granted classes missed due to this.

  • Your child will go from his/her classroom when the bell rings directly to the PLC Room. You may ask your child's teacher (or teacher's assistant) to walk him/her to the PLC Room.

  • Kim McCullough will be present in the PLC Room at 2:30 to greet students at they arrive.

  • Your child may read a book, start homework or free draw from 2:30-2:45. Class begins at 2:45 and ends at 3:45.

  • I will bring the students to the locked back door located at the bus circle for parents to pick up, around 3:50.

    • Parents, if you happen to be inside the school at 3:45, you can come to the PLC room to pick up your child.

    • Otherwise, please wait outside the locked back door by the bus circle and I’ll bring your child to you.

  • If your child will be absent or if you need to make child care changes TEXT KIM at 919-401-6001 to let her know.

If your child DOES ATTEND AFTERSCHOOL, please be sure to give BOTH the Afterschool Director, Ms. Deondra, and your child's teacher a note with the location and the class dates.

  • Your child will not be released to ArtzHub after school art classes without a note to BOTH the Afterschool Director and your child's teacher. No refunds or credits can be granted for classes missed due to this.

  • Your child WILL NOT check in at Afterschool before ArtzHub after school art classes.

  • Your child will go directly to the PLC Room when the bell rings at 2:30. You may ask your child's teacher (or teacher's assistant) to walk him/her to the PLC Room.

  • Kim McCullough will be present in PLC Room at 2:30 to greet students.

  • Your child may read a book, start homework or free draw from 2:30-2:45. Class begins at 2:45 and ends at 3:45.

  • Your child will be taken back to Afterschool at 3:45 by Kim McCullough or an Afterschool staff member.

  • If your child will be absent or if you need to make child care changes TEXT KIM at 919-401-6001 to let her know.
