1.) Choose Your Painting Example

• Visit our painting examples gallery and choose one that your group wants to paint.

• Artist and ArtzHub Founder Kim McCullough will guide your group, one-step-at-a-time through the process of painting in acrylic paint on canvas.

• Everyone in your group will be guided to paint the same thing but each person’s results will be unique. Individual interpretation is encouraged!

2.) Schedule Your Party Date/Time

• Contact Artist and ArtzHub Founder Kim McCullough at ArtzHubNC@gmail.com or 919-401-6001 to schedule your party date/time.

• Check available dates/times here.

• All party dates/times are first come, first served.

• Only payment guarantees your party date/time.

3.) Pay The Booking Fee

• The booking fee covers the minimum number of painters required for the type of party you choose and guarantees your party date/time.

• The amount depends on the type of party you are booking.

• The booking fee is due at the time of your initial reservation.

• The booking fee can be paid by a private online payment link (that we set up for your party) OR by a check mailed to us.

  • If you pay online, a nominal online processing fee will be added at check out. It goes directly to our payment processor and we receive the amount advertised on our website.

  • If you mail a check, please make it payable to ArtzHub and mail it to PO BOX 3028, Chapel Hill, NC 27515.

4.) PayMent For Additional Guests

• Additional guests may join your painting party by paying a fee of $25 or $35, depending on the type of party you booked.

• Payments can be made online via a private party link (that we create and you email to your guests) OR by checks mailed to me.

  • If your guests pay online, please let them know that a nominal online processing fee will be added at check out. It goes directly to our payment processor and we receive the amount advertised on our website.

  • If your guests mail a check, please have them make it payable to ArtzHub and mail it to PO BOX 3028, Chapel Hill, NC 27515.

  • If you want to pay for all additional guests in one payment (either online or by check) on the date of the party, let us know.

• Let your guests know that they will be guided step-by-step through the process of painting in acrylic paint on canvas. Everyone will be given an apron to wear during the class.

• Be clear with your guests about the starting and ending times, so that they know what to expect and can plan accordingly.

• If your party involves food, please plan for it by eating before or after we paint. Or, by adding an hour on for $35 additional.

• When the painting starts, I’ll explain the process and encourage everyone to relax, have fun and enjoy themselves.

• There will be a short break in the middle of the 2 hour class to swap out everyone’s paint water and let paint dry. This is a good time for painters to visit the restroom and/or refresh their beverages.
